How to make a phone call within the NeoPhone network?

  • Calls to 0621+7-digit NeoPhone telephone numbers qualify as in-network calls. 
  • Within the network, all phone calls are TOLL-FREE!  
  • You can dial NeoPhone numbers as follows:  
  • 06 prefix 
  • 21 area code 
  • The 7-digit virtual telephone number:
    Example: 06 21 2888 999
     

How to make a phone call outside the NeoPhone network?

To call an inland fixed-line or mobile number:

  1. 06 prefix
  2. area code
  3. the phone number you wish to reach, e.g.: 06 1 123 4567

 

International calls:

  1. 00 prefix 
  2. country and area codes
  3. the phone number you wish to reach, e.g.: 00 1 212 555 6666 

 

To make a phone call to a number outside the network but with the 06-21 prefix/area code combination:

  1. 06 prefix
  2. 21 area code
  3. the 7-digit virtual phone number you wish to reach; Example: 06 21 215 999

Tariffs are calculated by the second and there is no call set-up fee.

 

The following phone numbers cannot be reached from the NeoPhone network:

Premium rate numbers: 06 91, 06 90
Enquiry Service numbers (197, 198, 199)

How to receive an incoming call?

 

At your NeoPhone number you can also receive phone calls (at present, from Invitel, T-com, T-mobile, Vodafone, Pannon, Monortel-UPC and major international carriers), as follows:
The originating party has to call your 0621+7-digit NeoPhone number.
Example: from an inland fixed-line or mobile network: 0621 123 4567

Call tariffs payable by the calling party:

  • For calls made from inland fixed-line and mobile networks: the given service provider’s “0621” tariffs apply
  • For calls made from abroad: the given carrier’s tariff charged for calls made to Hungary apply

Calls are toll-free for the called party, i.e. your NeoPhone number.

 

Calling line display banning:

 

We are glad to announce that, since 31 October 2007, our users have had the possibility to ban the display of their phone number when they use the “NeoPhone – NetTelefon” service.

Banning of calling line display – call-by-call: dial 31-et, then enter your phone number in the usual format.
Banning of calling line display – permanent (you need to do this only before the first call, the service will work automatically for all later calls): dial 32, then enter your phone number in the usual format.
You can terminate the permanent banning of the display of your phone number (you need to do this only before the first call, the service will work automatically for all later calls) by dialling 33 and then entering your phone number in the usual format.
